Is the POS really free?
Yes. POS + GST billing, KOT management, bill and kitchen printing on Android and Windows are free forever for businesses with up to ₹12 lakh annual billing.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Any paid module can be tried free for 14 days. After that you pay the monthly price for the modules you keep, or ₹2,999 per month for Complete LaSha OS.
Is onboarding a monthly charge?
No. Onboarding is a one-time ₹4,999. It covers business configuration, billing and printer configuration, product and menu setup help, system configuration, two online staff training sessions and go-live assistance. On-site training is quoted separately. On the Free POS plan it is optional: set up yourself with our free setup guide, or choose assisted onboarding for ₹4,999.
Are AI Calling and WhatsApp Marketing part of Complete LaSha OS?
No. They are add-ons on top of any plan. Pari AI Calling is ₹499 per month plus call minutes recharged as per usage. WhatsApp Marketing is ₹499 per month plus 10 paise per message, and the LaSha team connects your WhatsApp Business number; WhatsApp/Meta charges, if any, are separate.
